Ebenezer promises to respect the information you provide to us, we will not pass on your information to other organisations to use for their own purposes.

  • We endeavour to ensure that all personal data we hold is accurate
  • All personal data is kept secure, we ensure that our technical and organisational security measures are kept up-to-date
  • You have the right to request to see all personal data that Ebenezer holds relating to yourself and such information can be deleted on request

From May 2018 in accordance with new privacy laws, we will only send you information that you have opted in to receive. If you no longer want to receive information your details can be removed or suppressed from our mailing list (if suppressed we can retain your details to record occasional gifts and maintain gift aid but will not send any mailings).

You can opt out/unsubscribe at any time either by emailing or by writing to us.

Gift Aid
Due to HMRC regulations we must keep a record of all gift aided donations for a minimum of 7 years. If you no longer wish to receive information from us but have gift aided in the past we can suppress your details, meaning we will hold relevant information for gift aid purposes but will not include you on any mailing lists. We can only delete your details if you have not gift aided in the past.
