Bruchim
Habaim (Welcome)!

It is always a most
enjoyable sight in Israel to see family
members greet their loved
ones with the welcoming
expression, “Bruchim habaim”—which
literally means, "Blessed are
they who come." |

On Wednesday
evening, April 22, another
planeload of olim (Jewish
new immigrants) from South
Africa landed at
Ben-Gurion Airport. We at Ebenezer–Operation Exodus
were privileged to have played an
active part in their return and
to welcome the newest
Israeli citizens upon arrival. |

God is truly
fulfilling His promise to bring
back His chosen ones from the
south (Isaiah 43:6). It is a remarkable
fact that in the midst of
worldwide crises, more and more
Jewish people are returning to
their Biblical homeland. |

Jewish people
in South Africa are
preparing for aliyah (Jewish
immigration to Israel) in larger
numbers than ever before and are
leaving the country. Ebenezer is involved in
encouraging and helping them to
come back to the Land of Israel.
I encourage you to read
the interview (click on the link below) with Alida Schoultz, our
national
coordinator in South Africa, who
joined the new immigrants on
their flight home. |
