At the moment, we see a new wave rolling over the earth, which is an opening of new aliyah (Jewish immigration to Israel) highways. A strong praise and proclamation network has been established by Ebenezer–Operation Exodus in recent years, and we now enjoy seeing God’s hand gathering His people from every part of the world.
The Lord has been so faithful to bring them from many nations for the sole purpose of glorifying His Name in all the earth. It is exciting to be a part of what is happening in our days—a real refreshing in the Holy Spirit as worship brings prophetic release.
It is important to the Lord that we praise Him and proclaim His Word. Since He is planting the Jewish people in their Land and doing this with all His heart and with all His soul (Jeremiah 32:41), should we then not have the desire to be involved in His work? All over the world, praise and proclamation sessions are being launched for the release of God’s people to Israel.
Our vision, therefore, is to move the ministry of Ebenezer into the Church worldwide. We believe that the Holy Spirit is using Ebenezer to gain a position of intercession for the return of the Jewish people from all over the world, multiplying the work by transferring responsibility to the Church.
This teaching is about the place of intercession, praise, and proclamation before God's throne. Please do not miss a wonderful opportunity to worship and to proclaim: "...'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven' " (Matthew 6:9, 10).

Prayer
To be effective in our praise, prayer, and intercession, our heart condition is of greatest importance, so that we can hear God’s voice. There are several things that make our heart hard, including busyness, rebellion, and sin.
Therefore, let us be attentive to what makes our heart soft: obedience, worship, thankfulness, joyfulness, humbleness, being a lover of God’s Word, being with Him daily in secret—knowing that He will reward openly (Matthew 6:6)!

1. Do we recognize the times in which we live?

2. Daniel knew exactly when the 70 years of captivity were over, because he was a lover of God's
Word, and he also interceded for his people according to the revelation that he had received(Daniel 9:2–5, 20–23).

3. Noah knew 120 years beforehand that a flood would come upon the earth, and he also acted
by making preparations in building the ark.

4. Yeshua says that the Holy Spirit will tell us things to come (John 16:13, 14). That is not
something mystical; we can read it in His Word. Receive it by His Spirit; it is rhema.

5. "Surely the Lord GOD does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets"
(Amos 3:7). Where are we now on God’s timetable? God says in His Word that He will gather the Jewish people from the "land of the north" and all other countries where He has exiled them (Jeremiah 16:15, among other Scriptures)!

Intercession: from earth to heaven
True intercession is bringing earthly issues before the throne of God in heaven and working together with God to execute everything that He has foretold in His Word. It includes the following elements:

1. Repentance (Daniel 9:16–19)
Within our hearts we acknowledge that we—as a nation—have done wrong, need to confess our sin, and seek forgiveness, both from God and those whom we have harmed in any way.
2. Standing in the gap: Abraham and Moses (Exodus 32:7–14)
If we wish to stand in the gap, we need to know very well what will glorify the Lord’s name and then pray in that direction. We should not be complaining about people but making intercession, reminding the Lord that the glory of His Name is at stake.
3. Sacrifice: fasting
Fasting is giving a bit of yourself. It can involve food, time, or sleep; it always tremendously energizes our prayer life.
4. Living in two kingdoms at the same time (John 11:40–44)
It requires availability to God 24 hours a day even if one is unable to pray continuously.
5. Being a watchman (Isaiah 62:6–12)
The word "watchman" in Hebrew can be translated as "secretary," someone who knows the agenda of the boss and keeps reminding the boss concerning appointments.
6. "Bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Messiah" (2 Corinthians 10:4–6)
Bear in mind that the power of our prayer does not consist in the length or beauty of our words, but in our personal obedience to God.
7. Biblical requests to God (Hebrews 1:14)

Proclamation with praise: seated in heaven with Messiah, from heaven to earth
Proclaim rhema words that the Lord has dropped into your spirit—particular Scriptures; this is not technique or magic. Then believe with your heart and confess with your mouth that you will experience the miracle.

1. Do not be silent (Isaiah 62, Ezekiel 37).
What would have happened if Ezekiel had not been obedient and proclaimed the words that the Lord had given him? Seven times the Lord told him to  "prophesy" and "say" (Ezekiel 37:1–14).
2. Have Biblical opinions in response to worldly opinions: "It is written" (Matthew 4:4, 7, 10).
Clearly show the world that you believe God's Word and not what the world media says.
3. On God's assignments, we will set up signposts (Jeremiah 31:21).
These are prophetic actions before the seen and unseen world.
4. Our lifestyle needs to be according to what we believe.
The Lord and the people around us—even the powers of darkness—need to see that our whole life is focused on what we believe, as demonstrated by our actions and deeds.

5. Praise and proclamation go together (Psalm 149).

6. "The testimony of Yeshua is the Spirit of prophecy" (Revelation 19:10).

7. Position yourself, praising the King (Micah 2:12, 13)!
Follow closely the King, who is releasing His people from every nation on the earth.
8. Join in expressions of praise.
Some of the ways we worship God are by singing, clapping, dancing, bowing, and kneeling—praising Him with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
9. Participate as a team, like the Levites (2 Chronicles 20:19)!
Like the Levites, as well as Jehoshaphat  and the other Israelites (2 Chronicles 20), we need to join together in deep adoration of our Lord.

Praise and proclamation results
1.  Repercussions upon the earth (Revelation 8:3–5)
"And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings" (verse 5)—there is a lot happening in the unseen world.
2. Binding kings with chains (Psalm 149:6–9)
The powers of darkness will be made of no effect.
3. Setting prisoners free (Acts 16:25, 26)
Foundations were shaken, doors opened, and chains loosed while Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God.
4. Ambushing and defeating enemies (2 Chronicles 20:22)
Enemies of the Lord will come against one other and be defeated.
5. Putting the fear of the Lord upon others (2 Chronicles 20:29)
People will hear of the Lord’s miracles and begin to have a fear of His awesomeness.
6. Drawing people to the Lord (John 12:32)
When Yeshua is lifted high, He will draw all people to Himself.
7. Provoking Jewish people to jealousy, because salvation has come to the Gentiles
Psalm 117 says that the Lord will be praised by the goyim (Gentiles); this will be attractive to Jewish people, seeing us praising the God of Israel.
8. Ingathering of the Jewish people
Out of such worship—praying in the Spirit, praising the Lord,  declaring His Word, giving thanks, and speaking of the wonderful works of God—will come a great aliyah!
