Why Do We Love God's Chosen People? |
|
|
For most of us who are Bible-believing Christians, this
question is quite easy to answer: Our
love for the Jewish people and
for the Land of Israel is based on God’s
Word
and His Biblical plan for Israel,
which He has clearly outlined in His
Word. |

Israel: Modern-Day Miracle |
|
|
Sixty-two years
ago—on May 14, 1948 (5 Iyar 5708, on the Hebrew
calendar)—Biblical prophecy was fulfilled, and
heaven and earth witnessed a modern-day miracle with the
reestablishment of the State of Israel. |

Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem |
|
|
Many Christians who listen to a speaker share about the work of Ebenezer–Operation Exodus are often moved. For the work is prophetic, and it is still only on the threshold in the fulfillment of God’s kingdom purposes. The future of Ebenezer's ministry will be exciting, since we look forward to the time when the exodus of the Jewish people will be far greater than that which took place from Egypt... |

From Iron Curtain to Golden Curtain |
|
|
Natan Sharansky: “I had
an easy task—I had to break [through] the Iron Curtain
of the Soviet Union. But you had a much more difficult
task—you had to break [through] the Golden Curtain.” The
latter was a reference to the materialism and wealth
that many Jews in the West have to leave behind when
moving to Israel. |

Aliyah Is Our Main Focus |
|
|
Ever since
Jews from the former Soviet Union began streaming into
Israel in 1989, many Christians have responded to
prophetic calls in Scripture, such as Isaiah 49:22, to
help bring Jewish people home. |

Bruchim Habaim
(Welcome) |

It is
always a most enjoyable sight in Israel to see family
members greet their loved ones with the welcoming
expression, “Bruchim habaim”—which literally means,
"Blessed are they who come." |

God's Plan Will Not Be Stopped |
|
|
God’s plan will not be
stopped, despite the world’s efforts to divide Israel
among her enemies. |

|
The progress of the ministry of
Operation Exodus can best be
summed up in the words of the
psalmist:
..."The LORD has done great
things for them." The LORD has
done great things for us, and we
are filled with joy
(Psalm 126:2, 3
NIV). |

Raise the Flag! |
|
|
There are
several words in Hebrew that mean "flag." First, there
is the word degel, and then there is also the word
nes.
Degel simply means "flag"; however, nes also means
"miracle," "marvel," or "wonder." Indeed, it was a
miracle when on May 14, 1948 (5 Iyar 5708), the flag of
the newly established State of Israel was raised in this
Land after nearly 2,000 years of Jewish exile. |

special prayers are recited in synagogues around the
world and marches are held in Israel's capital city to
celebrate the miracle of Jerusalem’s reunification in

The
Importance of Aliyah |
|
|
Here in His city, Jerusalem, and in His Land, Israel, we are seeing
the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy as God re-gathers His people to
the place He covenanted to them — all in preparation for the
revelation and return of the Messiah. |

The Miracle of Aliyah |
|
|
Aliyah, the return of the
Jewish people to Israel, is a miracle―an ongoing
miracle. It is definitely God's plan for the days in
which we live. |

Time to Leave Egypt |
|
|
All over the
world, Jewish people are preparing to obey God and
commemorate the Passover, our miraculous exodus from
Egypt to Israel thousands of years ago. Seder meals will
conclude with the declaration, “Next year in Jerusalem!” |
