Ebenezer Operation Exodus - UK Conference 2016

Bringing Glory To His Name - Ebenezer UK 25th Anniversary Conference 2016

30 September - 2 October 2016 High Leigh, Hertfordshire

‘‘Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to Your name give glory,
for the sake of Your steadfast love and Your faithfulness!’ Psalm 115:1

This year we are celebrating the 25th anniversary of Ebenezer Operating Exodus. We come to celebrate all that God has done for us, from small beginnings with Gustav Scheller, to today with the ministry represented in over 50 countries. We can look back at all that He has done and look forward to all that He will do.

'I have set watchmen on your walls O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.' Isaiah 62:6-7 NKJV

We are thankful that we are in a good place to help and assist God’s people at this time when the nations rage against Israel and the persecution of the Jewish people around the world, and particularly in Europe, is on the increase.

We are blessed at this year's conference to have Steve Lightle as our main speaker, someone who was with Gustav from the very beginning of the ministry.

So I would encourage you to come, as it is always good to be with each other and to encourage one another. Please register early for the conference as places this year are limited and many will want to hear what God is saying to us through Steve's message.

Shalom & blessings

Leon Greenhalgh
UK Chairman

Steve Lightle

GUEST SPEAKER - Steve Lightle

Steve, a Jewish businessman from Seattle, Washington, met his Messiah in 1957 and his life was totally changed.

After a time in business he moved his family to Braunschweig, West Germany; the city that gave Adolf Hitler German citizenship. The following year, in 1974, Steve had a vision of the Soviet Union releasing its Jewish people to go to Israel in a wave of immigration or second exodus. In 1982 the Lightles moved to Jerusalem, from where, in 1991 with Gustav Scheller, he established the Exodus Shipping Line to bring Jewish people ‘home’.

In 1983, Steve wrote the best selling book, EXODUS II and in 1999 OPERATION EXODUS II. He currently travels and speaks around the world.

Alison Eastwood

Alison Eastwood

Alison joined Ebenezer in 1998 and has assisted Joan in the prayer ministry. She has also co-ordinated international volunteers and has herself served as a volunteer in Ukraine and Siberia.

As UK National Director, Alison represents the ministry at various UK and international meetings, sharing about God’s purposes for the return of the Jewish people and giving testimony to what the Lord is doing in our day.

Joan Thomas

Joan Thomas

Joan is a UK Trustee, having been involved in the intercessory call of Ebenezer since the birth of the Ministry.

She has a great depth of understanding and experience of the calling of intercession which has enriched the prayer ministry of Ebenezer worldwide.

Joan is currently supporting the important Balfour 100 Prayer Initiative, which is being prayed through in Ebenezer UK and also internationally, leading up to the Centenary of the Balfour Declaration on the 2 November 2017.

Tom Brooker

Tom Brooker

Tom is the UK & European Young Adult Coordinator for Ebenezer Operation Exodus.

A former Police Officer, Tom now carries a passion and vision for reaching the next generation with the truth of God’s heart for Israel and equipping them to fulfil the LORD’s work of aliyah in the times ahead.
